Shipping Costs

Transport Responsibility

Delivery Inspection

Products Damaged During Transport
Any damage to products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The seller will evaluate the report and, if confirmed, will proceed with the replacement of the damaged product.
Reports submitted after the indicated timeframe or without photographic evidence may not be accepted.
Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address provided when placing the order.
The seller shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, repeated absence, refusal of the package), any additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
Limitation of Liability
The seller shall not be responsible for delays or service disruptions attributable to the courier, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its control.
