Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the final product.

Minor differences in color, finish or details do not constitute a lack of conformity.

The seller reserves the right to modify prices and product availability at any time.

In case of an obvious error in the published price, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order even after confirmation.

The contract is considered concluded when the seller confirms the order.

The automatic email acknowledging receipt of the order does not constitute final acceptance.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:

• the refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by applicable legislation.

Damage resulting from the following is not covered by the warranty:

• improper use of the product
• incorrect installation
• non-compliant maintenance
• modifications carried out by the user

The seller shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or business interruption resulting from the use of purchased products.

In any case, the seller’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product subject to dispute.

All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, graphics and product designs, is protected by intellectual property laws.

The seller shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations when such events are caused by circumstances beyond its control.

For disputes involving consumers, the competent court shall be the court of the consumer’s place of residence.
